Front Desk Associate – Rehab Specialists

30 hrs/ wk position with potential for more hours.

What You’ll Do

Create an Exceptional Patient Experience

  • Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — in person and over the phone.
  • Answer questions, guide patients through their visit, and help reduce anxiety with clear, calm communication.
  • Maintain an inviting reception area and offer beverages to support patient comfort.
  • Support therapists to ensure patients are seen on time and feel valued throughout their visit.
Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly

  • Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize provider time and treatment room flow.
  • Monitor the daily schedule, communicate delays, and keep patients informed.
  • Clean and disinfect equipment and treatment areas after each session.
  • Maintain bathroom cleanliness and manage laundry as needed.
  • Assist therapists with patients who require additional support.
Support Operations & Administration

  • Record and collect patient charges and credit card transactions when needed.
  • Maintain clinical supply inventory; place and track supply orders.
  • Follow all front desk policies and procedures and communicate needed updates.
  • Read and respond to all company emails the same day.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time well.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and able to stay composed in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
